Bob founded Metrus in 2009 and serves as the President and CEO. Bob created the Sustainable Energy Services Agreement (SESA), which has become the contractual backbone for the financing of large-scale energy efficiency retrofit and renewable energy projects. Bob helped develop and grow the Energy as a Service market, which is currently a $5.4 billion industry.

As VP of Sales, Ben is charged with expanding and deepening partner relationships through strategic engagement and joint go-to-market initiatives that leverage Metrus’ well-proven, industry leading Energy as a Service solutions. Ben brings over two decades of experience helping organizations decarbonize.

As VP of Project Development, John focuses on collaborating with external delivery partners and customers to source, develop and implement Energy as a Service projects. John brings over 15 years of experience in the energy space including 10 years of financing and developing behind-the-meter and community scale solar + storage projects and 5 years in energy efficiency program management.

As Director of Human Resources, Terra is focused on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and driving a performance-based culture. Terra's focus is on keeping a watchful eye on the needs of the business as well as company compliance while delivering high quality service and process to Metrus employees.
