SAN FRANCISCO - (Sept. 29, 2026) -- Metrus Energy, a leader in Energy as a Service (EaaS), has appointed Tyler Hoch as Vice President of Structured Finance.
In this role, Hoch will lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing transactions under Metrus's EaaS solution. He will be responsible for arranging debt on EaaS projects and will serve as Metrus's liaison to the financing community.
Hoch brings a proven record in originating, structuring, and closing tax-exempt and taxable municipal bond and loan offerings for energy efficiency and energy infrastructure projects for municipal government and non-profit higher education and healthcare clients. He was most recently at Piper Sandler & Co. where he served as Managing Director, Public Finance Investment Banking. Prior to Piper Sandler, he was at Stifel Financial Group, also serving as Managing Director, Public Finance Investment Banking.
